Meet Susan.
I’m Susan Wintoniw, a nurse practitioner and founder of Lilja Health and Aesthetics in Winnipeg. I bring together hormone and complex health care with a thoughtful approach to natural aesthetics. My goal is to help you feel heard, understand your options and make informed choices about your health and how you age.
My background.
My background spans emergency nursing, midwifery, primary care and health professional education. I earned my Master of Nursing as a nurse practitioner at the University of Manitoba in 2016 and founded Lilja in 2018.
These experiences shape how I care for people today: with curiosity, careful assessment and respect for the person behind the symptoms. My practice brings together hormone health, complex health concerns and natural aesthetic care.
